This Executive Committee will remain in place until the new elections are announced ahead of the 2022 Annual General Meeting where 12 seats will be renewed.
During its first meeting, the Executive Committee of the Principles elected among its members a Chair and two Deputy-Chairs (forming the “Steering Committee”) who will serve until the 2022 General Meeting:
- Chair: IFC (Denise Odaro)
- Deputy-Chair: BlackRock (Ashley Schulten)
- Deputy-Chair: Crédit Agricole CIB (Tanguy Claquin)
II. Working Groups
During its first meeting, the Executive Committee of the Principles decided to set up the following Working Groups (WGs) for the year to come.
Members and Observers who would like to participate in any of our working groups are invited to contact to the Secretariat of the Principles at sustainabilitybonds@icmagroup.org. Please indicate the name and contact details of the principal representative and up to 2 alternate representatives of the organisation.
In order to keep the WGs relevant and manageable in terms of size, the involvement of participants is subject to adequate contributions of expertise and the operational capacity of the WG.
The Terms of Reference of each WG are decided by the WG members at its inaugural meeting, based on proposals from the WG coordinators. They are linked to in the table below where available.
